HRW, Israel's 2018 "nation state" law - declaring that only Jews have the right of self-determination in the country - "provides a legal basis to pursue policies that favor Jewish Israelis to the detriment" of the country's 21% Arab minority, who regularly complain of discrimination. B’Tselem, The paper is titled “A Regime of Jewish Supremacy from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea: This Is Apartheid.” The paper makes the case that what looks like apartheid-which the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court defines as “inhumane acts” committed under a “regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group or groups”-ought to be called apartheid.

In WW2 the battle of Monte Cassino cost tens of thousands of allied lives over months of fighting - and the one thing that military historians all agree on is that the bombing of the place by allied planes was counter productive due to the fact that reducing the area to rubble (and in the process killing a lot of civilians who were trying to shelter in churches and other buildings) benefited the German troops defending it.

Most educated young people have been taught that Israel was set up by colonialists.
For predominately Caucasian settlers to build an apartheid state.
In order to displace Arabs from freely living anywhere they used to roam or live.
They now despise Zionism. All of the liberal educated hate colonialism,
and apartheid or segregated societies. History, violence or nationalistic dogma,
are not relevant to the current continuation of the Israeli state.
This is why they're diametrically opposed to it. You can't argue against it.
It is a valid interpretation of what the nation state of Israel means,
to those who are 'idealistically' liberal educated.
Then why have all of the leaders of the West aligned themselves with Israel?
Could it be that the main 'allied' despotic regimes : The"Axis of Evil",
have declared war on the Neoliberal Capitalist West?
Do the leaders of the West know Iran did Russia the small favour,
of forcing a worldwide distraction from Ukraine.
By initiating a new front in Gaza. That Iran paid Hamas' leaders,
to initiate a Sui-ci-de mission to distract ...from the disaster,
of the Russian regimes handling of their disagreements,
    with the Ukrainian nationalists.
China, Iran and Russia ( +N.Korea ) were sensing the weakness,
in the Capitalist Wests resolve and are prodding and pushing the allegiances,
of the educated liberal population of the West in various,
    ideological directions simultaneously.
This is to further weaken the West's overall internal zeitgeist or resolve.
To undermine from within the West's hegemony.
Could this be why 'your' Western leaders support Ukraine and Israel.
That people are pawns to their leaderships aims and whims... is universal.
This conflict between the various shades and quantities of despotism is no different.
If you think the US's capitalist system is bad, corrupt and falling to pieces...
then wait till you see what the Chinese regime has in store for you.
