Tidge, you want to drop you diff setting under acceleration to 20 (this will give you rotation under acceleration) and then I found this week a deceleration sensitivity of 12 will prevent the back from coming around trail braking into the banked corners. With those diff settings you can run a bit more front end, so try front roll bar at 6, drop rear a bit for traction out of the corners.
Thanks Tidge 👍 setups are a little different for me, but always help me bc im super slow 🐌 on default i.e. low skills 😂. PD just need to go back to the old gr3 setups and focus on giving us more daily races options, new race cars and penalty system fixes.
"Too Spikey"?... maybe take a click off both front & rear anti-roll bars? Too much understeer? Soften front/ Tighten rear Too much oversteer? Tighten front/ Soften rear
Okay, so I am gonna debunk some of the comments regarding the physics of the game. #1 not sure if this is correct but due to backlash of how the cars were feeling in the game, PD changed the physics to give the Cars a bit more of a realistic feel going into and out of corners (now this has little to do with what I am going to day next but I'm just letting you know now) #2 this man is on deep forest reverse, with racing hard tires, using a BMW (this car has been known to get loose on exit even before the physics change), and this daily race has tuning(so that means he probably tuned it to be looser to be faster in the race. One more thing to note here I'd that whenever he started to lose control, it was right after going over a bump that you hit going out of the final corner. You can even see the bump (or feel it if you have a wheel). #3 So, with all of the information that I have present, this was liable to happen. You can see even before he started spinning he was turning (obviously to make the corner) that he was struggling to turn(you can look at his steering indicator to see it) and that combined with going over that bump sent the car over the edge. It's basically like the car tires are starting to spin, but they haven't completely lost traction yet. In this case, once he went over the bump, they did, but at the slightest. That why he only went a bit sideways instead of completely just spinning out and hitting the wall. Now, as i stated above, i may be wrong about this assumption. Maybe there is something wrong with it. Since tidgney is one of the top players of GT (for a long time now TCR all the way lol), he may just have taken the corner normally before, and the car wouldn't have spun like that however we just need to consider that there are more reason (doesnt have to be specific) other than getting losse out of the corner = pd broke the game. Any questions feel free to ask, if im not correct then thats as long as you have anything to support the reasoning. Im not here to argue, just discuss.
I did a 1.25.1 in the M6 very similar setup but 10 10 on the anti roll bar. It was unstable under braking so upped the braking sensitivity to 15 The M6 has never been great on deep forest, too much oversteer and not the best acceleration
I'm not as fast as you but also got my M6 into the 25s. Deceleration sensitivity of the diff is key to carry speed in the mid section. I am running 12 but also have a much softer back end than you. Might try a stiffer setup with more diff to see if I can get low 25s in the bimmer
Supra....go Supra, 2nd gear through first hairpin if you nail your speed through apex, otherwise play with 1st, etc. It's more stable in final sector to me....that's to me
In 2007 i was playing halo 3 with 32 players and we had matches in less than 5 minutes. In 2024 how does it take 20 minutes to find 16 racers in north America?

This week has been a blast for me. I love the set-up race. I got my setup that has been working for me. Wish PD would do more setup races more often.
I appreciate you using different cars to the meta that's why I follow you more than others
Great 1st race in this vid so much great driver

Always a pleasure driving against you, ser. Couldn’t make the second race a fun one, missing a few tenth 🙇🏻🙇🏻
Cheers Tidge, 😊. I bet that you will be inundated with requests for the karting, 🤞.
Like deployed 👍

Try the Corvette it's a Porsche eater😊
5 on the decel for a diff sounds like nothing but instability on the brakes

yeah the setup is a little hard to ajust to
Wait what? I wasn't even aware setups were a thing for this race! I just hoped inside the car and went. Anyway, can I have a nice supra setup?
@thekie25 on pole as per 😂
