My Uncle played something similar to this on his trumpet. He called it "The Storm." I attempted the trumpet, but failed miserably. I have seen someone play "The Storm" on a piano, as well. You have to master an instrument to do this. It takes your breath away just to watch it.

Not really. It was composed by a Romanian Roma named Angeluș Dinicu, and at its origin played on the pan flute. It was made famous by his grandson Grigoraș Dinicu, a violinist, and used as inspiration by George Enescu for his work titled "Rapsodia Română". Ciprian Porumbescu was a great violinist and composed some remarcable works ("Balada" being the most renowned, and an absolute marvel), in his rather short life, but he had absolutely nothing to do with "Ciocârlia". You can hear "Ciocârlia" played on the pan flute by searching it played on YT by Gheorghe Zamfir.
