You do not need to bolt this unit to the floor, the weight of the stack will keep it in place. As far as weights included, yes, each BFFT10R unit comes with a 190 lb. Stack. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Sounds great! Let us know if you have any issues getting it together or have any additional questions. Be sure to share a photo or video with us once it's up and running!
It looks like whatever music we used got deleted or hit with a copyright strike. Our apologies. We'll add new music to this shortly. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
We didn't show any in this particular video but the BFFT10R Functional Trainer can help you with calf raises, glute kickbacks, leg abduction, leg adduction, lunges & squats!
What that means for us is we don't recommend using this functional trainer in a heavy-traffic gym as it may not hold up long-term to extreme use. If you're using it for a home gym, it shouldn't be a problem whatsoever!
What are the mechanical advantages for various exercises? In other words, what resistance does the 190 pound weight stack translate into? 1:1?, 1:2?, 2:1?, other?
Okay, but just to avoid any misunderstandings, does this mean that a 100 pound reading on the weight stack converts to 400 pounds of RESISTANCE for one cable and 200 pounds of RESISTANCE for two cables? I just want to be sure what you mean? Hmmm, that could still be confusing. Say the weight stack says 100 pounds. If you used only one cable, what would the RESISTANCE be? 400 pounds? That's a lot. If you used two cables, what would the total RESISTANCE be? 400 pounds?(2x200 pounds for each cable)?
@@n95girl I think you're right. Damn these weight stack machines. Why do they do this? We can land a helicopter on Mars, but we can't build honest weight stack machines. $%#@^&%^$!!!
@@n95girl I believe you're right. I just can't understand why weight stack machine manufacturers do this. Why can't they tell the truth? Why can't they be honest? There's no believable reason. why they couldn't.
It is not. We have a number of commercial quality Power Racks available though. See our comparison chart at bodysolid.com/media/compare-charts/powerracks.html
