Yes, but just like any other state they have good and bad neighborhoods in Shreveport the good neighborhoods are Twelve Oaks & Spring Lake , I’ve been in Shreveport 20 years and grew up in an “Ok” environment
Depends. We have a lot of bad neighborhoods but if you can find a good area it’s a really good place to live. If your moving the best place in the area would be the suburb of Benton but housing can get pricey there. Then I’d say check Bossier City
