I am planning to get one. I plan to use my device for the next 2-3 years. My main activities on this device will be streaming musics, youtube and netflix. Note taking & PDF reading for my work and my post grad degree. Maybe 1-2 games only. Do you thick 128GB will suffice ?

I got myself a blue 256GB iPad Mini 7. However I’m in a bit of a predicament. I bought mine through best buy and plan on doing a trade in for my 64GB iPad Air M1. I actually just got it for $300 a few weeks ago and Best Buy will give me that much in Trade In. Performance wise the new Mini is technically a slight all be it minor downgrade. I do like the small size of the Mini but idk if it’s worth the extra $300. My one major gripe though with my Air is 64GB of storage. That’s basically nothing in 2024. I think by the fact that I’m having this much conflict on my decision is a sign that I should just keep my Air and return the Mini but idk.

Depends on what you want to do with it. 64 GB is not much and for travel, the Mini is just better.
Also think about the Pencil compatibility if you already have one, the Mini works with the Pencil Pro and USB-C models only.
