Seen pretty much all of her live shows on RUclips, can't get enough. Finally saw her live in Oslo in October 2019. Best concert I've ever been to. She's just amazing live. Not only is her band stellar and they come off as family, but Aurora fills the entire venue with truly radioactive energy. I've never seen Sentrum Scene literally filled to the brim with such energy and colour. Incredible to watch her live on RUclips or TV, but watching her live, oh man.

Add to the equation her ability to embody the song, eminate it in a trancelike state, she does the most interesting performances. To really understand aurora you have to look at her childhood,picture the lakes and forests of Norway as her playground and you can see how nature(Mother Earth) is so important to her and then add in the fact that as a child growing up her family never had a TV or radio,only an record player where she listened to Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohan both great wordsmiths in the art of music,it's then you can start to understand what makes this girl become the amazing artist she is today,and to think at the age of 6 she found an old Brocken piano and taught herself to play without being able to read music is astonishing,to then at the age of 9 write a song called Lucky which you must listen to its a masterpiece and by the age of 16 have enough songs for her first album.(all my demons greeting as a friend )WOW! She is so special,for me she is a GENIUS .As a lover of music all of my life, like most of you we all have at times enjoyed certain artists,the reasons for this can be many fold,but I can honestly say that at this moment in my journey no one has touched my emotions or moved me like this young artist from Norway and there is a reason for her to have a huge fan base all over the world. Ariana Grande's original video is like a SuperSexiStarWars kind of production, this version is like you go to the raydio station, play your music and they give you a surprise cover to do, and like a little time to sort it out....and this masterpiece is what she came up with. Would love you to react to one of Aurora’s original songs! She’s a really great lyricist too! I’d suggest anything from the Haik concert (my favourites are All Is Soft Inside and The Seed). And yes, the arm flourishes are very much a signature of hers. She’s also a dancer so the arm movements come out a lot in her live performances. You can really see her move in the Haik concert.
At the end it really is like she realizes that she's not alone, she gets so easily and naturally into the flow state in her music. It happens a lot too, in many of her live videos, not just this one.

She is within the music. She IS her music. Her body and voice, facials, and playing is all music you can see that. All performances are like this. I understand you’re stop and start to speak but if you are just experiencing her performance, the entirety of her makes sense.

Yes, she is produced very professionally and pushing into this new spanish-english pop, but she has a much wider versatility in her voice to offer. She started singing with flamenco, has arabic, gypsy and catalan aspects all that in a variety from classic and folk to HipHop combined with modern effects. An amazing new spectrum of sound...Yes, she uses in some performances autotune-live-plugins but not to correct her voice, instead to extend her variety with effects that you hear very obviously, so no cheating (as you can hear at her various live sessions)! Very precious voice with an expressionism that injects emotions beyond language barriers. Goosebumps guaranteed! One of the best female voices I have heard in a long time is Eivor. She has such a variety of sounds she is able to create... mind blowing. I recommend either Falling Free or Trøllabundin. They are completely different but both amazing.

She is so special,for me she is a GENIUS .As a lover of music all of my life, like most of you we all have at times enjoyed certain artists,the reasons for this can be many fold,but I can honestly say that at this moment in my journey no one has touched my emotions or moved me like this young artist from Norway and there is a reason for her to have a huge fan base all over the world. She is such a great songwriter, singer and performer - for me there is a unique quality to her voice and the way she expresses her feelings in every word she sings is a quality that not many singers have She is not mainstream as she has created her own genre, and therefore she is not topping any charts. But that is not what aurora is about she has never craved for that she is a child of the earth and so grounded in what she believes in .So for me a musical journey with Aurora is a journey with meaningful lyrics and comforting vocals that makes you ask yourself questions and think more deeply about the kind of world we want to live in,for someone so young to write and produce songs plus produce all her own videos is outstanding.yes Aurora is a Genius

Ariana Grande's original video is like a SuperSexiStarWars kind of production, this version is like you go to the raydio station, play your music and they give you a surprise cover to do, and like a little time to sort it out....and this masterpiece is what she came up with. And let me tell you, this version is a million miles ahead of the original. Aurora is the Best of the best.......and her Magic is unique. You should check her own music, in every version you can get a hold of...she's so freaking good and wise. Love this beautiful lady forever.. And yes, the arm flourishes are very much a signature of hers. She’s also a dancer so the arm movements come out a lot in her live performances. You can really see her move in the Haik concert.

She is within the music. She IS her music. Her body and voice, facials, and playing is all music you can see that. All performances are like this. I understand you’re stop and start to speak but if you are just experiencing her performance, the entirety of her makes sense.

Yes, she is produced very professionally and pushing into this new spanish-english pop, but she has a much wider versatility in her voice to offer. She started singing with flamenco, has arabic, gypsy and catalan aspects all that in a variety from classic and folk to HipHop combined with modern effects. An amazing new spectrum of sound...Yes, she uses in some performances autotune-live-plugins but not to correct her voice, instead to extend her variety with effects that you hear very obviously, so no cheating (as you can hear at her various live sessions)! Very precious voice with an expressionism that injects emotions beyond language barriers. Goosebumps guaranteed! Here an example of here voice and a virtuous guitar play...

One of the best female voices I have heard in a long time is Eivor. She has such a variety of sounds she is able to create... mind blowing.

I’m a pottery teacher, sometimes, and I discovered Aurora some years ago. I find her style of singing very seductive. Hearing your comments about her style and voice puts in perspective my pottery wheel throwing and the parallels between the two. Food for thought for me.
