Hugh Stevenson on Consumer Policy and Behavioural Insights

The OECD Committee on Consumer Policy (CCP) has been a pioneer in examining the benefits of behavioural insights for consumer policy. In this video, CCP Chair, Mr Hugh Stevenson, illustrates the extensive work carried out by the Committee and explains how behavioural insights can help make consumer policy more evidence-based and effective.
