Arcadian Vampire is track 3 of the Unforgotten Melodies Remastered OST, which you received if you pre-ordered the HL-Raising edition of Disgaea 4 Complete+ from the NISA online store (which I did; in fact I received my copy on the 28th.)
This song is such a bop. The swooning in the background is such a mood for me tbh.
