It's because that the lyrics talks about them, brave shine is about the actions of Shirō, and last stardust is about the doubts, fears and the unstopable will of Shirō in this route, obviously, that's why aimer is a godess

"If it's fate to be hurt, my heart remains alight" "My scarred glass heart, lights up with a warmth almost forgotten." You can see there's always a backdrop of pain and sadness. Yet also hopefullness in the same breath. It's what I loved about it actually. It acknowledges pain and misery before anything else. It comes from a place of tragedy. And then shows the light in spite of it all.

Nothing. Fate Zero would be earlier, in both chronology and lore, and Heaven's Feel(Which you should watch next if you have finished both Zero and UBW), is a completely different story, which tells what would happen if Shirou banged Sakura instead of Rin
i mean if your going release wise are you including the og games, as well or just at the tvseries and movies? if its the later case unlimited blade works comes after unlimited blade works, though frankly that's a helluva way to watch it, and frankly wouldn't suggest it. there's so many time lines and alternate realties just in the tv/movie part of the franchise that they can largely be treated as standalone as is often said, thats hell your walking into
I'll talk briefly, a light novel of fate stay night has 3 routes, the Tohsaka route (adapted in Unlimited blade works) the Sakura route and the saber route. The tohsaka route is over and has no continuation, but the other alternative fate stay night routes can be found in "Heaven's fell" Films 1 and 2, this is the sakura route. and in another old anime adaptation for Saber's route

If Emiya truly had none of his memory and experiance he would get destroyed hard by lancer (OS NP OP for a Grail War) Berserker (in theory easy to kill for Archer, but Berserker's stat are broken ah) and Saber (fire the beam of Victory)...
