Does high promotor holding matters in REITs? Like mindspace promotors has 60%+ stake And embassy promotor holding is close to 30% Whichone is better in your point of view?
Hi just one doubt, usually indian real estate runs on black money, don't you think that there can be little jholmal in it. Like building purchased at lower price & shown at high price..... Some barter deal in rent/purchase... Kindly put some light on it.
