I finished this workout. It was very good for me. I think it is the best workout for people like me who don't have the opportunity to go to the gym. Can I do this workout 3 times a week?
Love your workouts, but could it be possible to say the weights that you’re going to use at the beginning of the workout? It would be easier to have the weights ready. Thank you so much!
I don't think the expectation is that we use the same weights as them. They're professionals. I think it's just to give us an indication of what they're using 🤷🏻♂️
Hey, Michael if you don’t have to time to do the full w/out. perhaps you can break it up (ex) 40 mins and morning & 40 mins and evening. Just a suggestion
