I just ordered my Antero 0° yesterday, it's shipped super quickly and I'm so excited to take it on my adventures! What a brilliant company, the more I learn the more appreciation I have for the people running Hyke & Byke, just wonderfully passionate people who make thoughtful and affordable high-quality designs.

Hi hyke and byke, I could find only a few reviews on your tents and sleeping bags on youtube and non of them in german. I would like to do some actual on trail testing and reviewing with your sleeping bags on my channel, if you are interested.

Is the zipper a double zipper so the bottom portion of the zipper can be unzipped for ventilation? Thanks

Since you're getting into hammocks, what about a budget priced netted hammock that's 11 feet long? That niche is completely empty right now, and the only company that sells an 11 foot hammock without netting on Amazon isn't interested in a netted version. You could even reuse the same patterns and make a 4 season hammock that replaces the netting with lightweight breathable fabric.

Thanks for the heads up! It is on our list of potential new products to research!

Can't use a netted hammock with a pull-over insulation system (you can, with an underquilt). I've been doing it since 2005, with a Golite zipperless bag, and supplement it with a Montbell down thermal sheet in colder weather. I've slept down to 5 degrees F, using a hot water bottle, but I'm looking for something that requires less fiddling. That's why I'm here.

They never showed the bag packed so we could see how much it compresses.

You are supposed to lay diagonal when sleeping in a hammock. How is that even possible in this bag??

Claus Villiam , when you cocoon, you lose that flexibility in exchange for warmth. No compression of the bottom of the bag, which ensures better insulation. And you won't need an underquilt, so it's more price effective if you can deal with the cocoon

Great point on the diagonal lay Claus! The extra width of our hammock compatible bags compared to our standard mummy style sleeping bags allows for a partial diagonal lay in the hammock that some of us utilize. A full diagonal lay is only possible with a under-quilt and top-quilt, two items we hope to add to our Hyke & Byke product offerings in the future. Hope that helps! #AdventureReadyGear #GearThatGives
