I just realized that I think the reason Mr Schue isn't annoyed by Rachel is because he's been used to living with someone just as controlling for years (his ex wife). That makes a lot more sense now...
I never really liked how Rachel was all about herself and then people defend her by a few selfless moments that don't mean much in comparison to literal seasons of being selfish

Miss Amanda's world he did do something a little crazy with it, he made the two rival groups in the play do a song together that was originally supposed to just be for the Latina and Latino characters. Which is actually a huge risk

The rivial groups did sing together I read script. archiveofourown.org/works/14268720/chapters/32910669 it's long. I changed it up a bit as west side story isn't really high school approiate. And lots of changes on who does what.
He directed the Vogue and Run Joey Run videos and I think it was established that he is a member of the A/V club. He went a whole season without even mentioning it so it seems to come out of the blue, but the hints were there.

Artie should've cast Will as Glad Hands. Plus, I still say that Baby John would've been a better role for Kurt than Officer Krupke - he's in more scenes and has nearly 3 times as many speaking lines.
