I so enjoyed your video! You r both so cute and did a wonderful job explaining your process. I've been playing with clay for about 25 yrs now but have never made a wand before however I want to make one as a gift for my niece and this was very helpful! Thank you so very much for sharing your creativity ✌❤ (btw... I have an all black kitty too...her name is Sweetpea!)

Hello these look wonderful, but do I have to use glue for it to stick on? Or is it ok if I put the clay on the stick and bake it?

We'd recommend that you use the Sculpey Bake-and-Bond (not sponsored) So that the clay sticks to the stick better. It will still work if you go without the Bake-and-bond, but it will be harder to work with. You want to make sure that the clay isn't going to fall off the stick when you go to bake it. You will most likely find Bake-and-Bond at a craft store like Hobby Lobby, or Micheal's. You can order it online as well.

Do you have issues with baking when you add supplies like crystals or beads??

You would only have problems if the bead you are using is plastic, I also like to use bake-and-bond to attach decorative items. Bake-and-bond is also called Liquid Clay. Hope this helps!!

You can use a wooden dowel...sold at a local craft store.😊 Hope this helps.

Did u bake the jeweling the oven with the clay?I want to make this

Yes, you can bake the jewels and decorations with the clay in the oven. The temperature you set the oven to 275F, so it won't melt most jewels you add. 👌

Ask your local chinese restaurant for bamboo chop sticks instead! They're free!
