An extra thing to note about Dammons shop is he has a really nice +1 Breastplate physically sitting in a crate. Obviously trying to just grab it is theft and while you can wait for all the Tieflings to move out after the Goblins have been cleared off I found a nice way of getting it immediately. If you have either Gale or Lae'zel with you then you can cast Mage Hand, have it throw the Breastplate next to the rock cliff to the left of Dammons forge and then quickly Dismiss the Mage Hand to move it into a better position without being caught for stealing, but you do have to dismiss the Mage Hand quickly or people will aggro on you. But once the Breastplate is in position you can just have anyone go over and go into Hiding mode then pick it up while no ones looking and you'll get it without incident.
If the subtitles are written by AI, that is your choice, and yes you are responsible if they are wrong. But heck, I am listening to you and they are just fun. Actually after 10 minutes, the AI subtitles are SO bad.. don't bother with them. The RUclips auto subtitles are better! @14:00 of course I said to kill the child, she was a thief. And once she got killed by accident. But generally best to save little Arabella. When you jump to the chest @ 20:00 use Feather Fall and take no damage.
