Sadly, most of the time, the charges get dropped and they get away with it. That's why they keep doing this, because the system basically allows them to do it.

He's facing 2 misdemeanors, driving as a habitual offender, and resisting w/o violence, and she's facing 2 felonies, battery on a LEO, and resisting with violence, although I can see the charges all getting reduced to fines and probation. Their trucks though, are going to cost quite a bit to get back.
It's so interesting to see how other people decide to spend their day. 😂

it's unbelievable that these adults believe all they have to do is sign a couple papers and they are no longer citizens, but maintain all the rights but none of the responsiblities. i've heard of them claiming something about maritime law but using the Geneva convention is a new one. they obviously cherry picked what they wanted without even understanding waht the Geneva Convention covers.
