Zeth, I am still amazed with your depth of knowledge and how easy you make it look, even though I know it is not easy. Thanks to you and Sloan Equipment for sharing this work.
Thank you very much!
Our Farmers depend on Machinery and all Machinery needs Service Techs. Thanx for all that You do. 😃
Thank you!
Nice work! Long videos are fine with me. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome, thank you!
I love that you quoted your Dad ; " ten best tools , not in stock"..... that's wisdom !!
hello, greetings from the Czech Republic! thank you for your videos, I have my own workshop and I am repairing the gearbox on a 7810 powershift, now I have a cracked head gasket on the 8330 workshop!
I enjoy these longer videos when you show all the steps along the way. Nice job Zeth! 🚜
I honestly like the longer videos when it's educational and being a Field Technician myself on School buses your videos your videos I find are also entertaining. Thank you for these videos.
Nice video. Had me wide awake when as a retiree I would be getting a nap in. Still resting up from 39 years in a semi.
Zeth That truck crane saves a lot of lifting for you. Thanks for showing the projects the wayyou do.
Yes it does! I feel a lot better at the end of the day not having to man handle all that.
😅yes it was a long video buy great to watch you always explaine in great detail grear to watch thank you
Sure is nice when you have to proper tools and you do a very thorough job repairing equipment I am just like you do the job right the first time great thanks for the great videos
Zeth you are a true professional
Well done. I love watching the inner workings of the planetary set up's. Reminds me of my military time on big guns and Missile systems from the 80's
Excellent teaching video Zeth and a great opportunity for Joseph (and us) to learn. Loved that he picked up the bearing to get a feel for the wear, as its a great way to build up knowledge. Also got to say that having your truck mounted crane is like gaining an extra arm. Glad you over-came your shaft issues 😉😉😂.Thanks as always from Scotland.
Glad u know where and how all those parts n pieces go back together.😮
Bless Zeth, it's so AMAZING to see these green monsters are beyond words in their operation & repair. You're fortunate that Snap-on has the bulk of the tools covered. Thanks 😊
You just love that truck mounted crane don't ya!
Oh yes! 🙌
Thanks for showing all the work you put in to this tractor. Keep the vids coming.
You’re videos are never too long
That new service truck is pretty handy!
Good Work!!
Not enough time in a day to do everything you do man you are working your you know what off great video as usual thanks again
Thanks 👍
46:40 the best stress relief
The weather has been crazy and not in a good way. Thank you for another very interesting video. Please stay safe, and God bless.
"Probably gonna have to give that a tippy tap- taparoo" absolutely classic! Great follow up video on this hard rode dirty girl!
It’s great to have the new truck crane in the shop to assist you great investment 😊
This video was one of my favorites from you. It is nice to see what goes into repairs and the tedious re assembly. This was my kind of video.
Keep up the good work ! I like the long videos showing details required to get job done correctly !!
Man, you must have more shelves for special tools than I have to store my liquor... Great video and very informative. Thank you!
You are a great mechanic you have so much knowledge on so any different machines keep up the good work
If you ant bleeding, you're not working hard enough... you're there!!!
Thanks for another great video ZK and Joseph.
It was most interesting and definitely informative.
Wow and wow. I have never seen one of those front wheel drives apart or hear anyone talk about taking one apart. Lots and lots more to it than I ever imagined. Wow. Not an easy or quick process. Lots of sections to take apart and lots of items to inspect once apart. I found it quite interesting. Each step must be followed to make it work again. Far more complicated than I would have thought. Enjoyed following you and Joseph in this process.
Now you have the other side to do. Oh my gosh, if you know what I mean. Excellent learning process for Joseph with your top shelf teaching. Not so easy.
So I am wondering on this tractor for example. I do not how old it is exactly. I don’t know if any warranty left or not. So is the owner responsible for the labor and parts costs or covered by some warranty yet.
Can’t be a cheap overall bill.
I will let you go ZK. Really interesting video. Enjoyed it. Thanks for showing us the process.
You take care and be safe.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
" Kentucky do all " , 😂😂....like the longer videos. 👍👍
I’m glad it’s not just our shop that uses the tried and true tables Deere put on the front of their machines 😂
Very interesting, my dad was a John Deere mechanic for about 40 yrs. He had quite a reputation!
Thanks for sharing Zeth always very interesting 🦘
Great work! Nice tools. Indexing tap handle!
Nothing like being early to a video! Love what you’re doing man keep it up!
Thanks! Will do!
Spring is in a hurry to show up this year and im glad tired of the cold weather .thanks for sharing.
You bet 👍🏻
@ZKMasterTech, im thinking that you were happy getting the stiff shaft in the tight spot 😂😂 thats wy you get paid the big bucks .the content you use on your channel is exactly wy im subscribed. Awesome job master tech
Thank you!
Another awesome vid!keep the deere's running and stay safe
Start date is march 13! Looking forward to being a part of the Sloans family!
We are excited to have you!
Hi Zeth. Another totally absorbing video on this big beast. Loving your hoist/crane, no need to have Josh around doing the heavy lifting any more. On that note, missing Josh, give my best wishes. Luv to all X KTGIM
Zeth you are the Man! Between and I do not like ILS such a pain. Them steering cylinders seals always go out because that cast is always hot from the hot engine oil pan. Keep up the great work Bro
Surprised he didn't pull the cylinder out while it was tore apart to replace internal o rings. Maybe it has to come out other side
It amazes me how you can take so many parts off put it all back together and everything works as it should, you are the
Man Zach!!!!!!!!
Wie immer interessant und kurzweilig, merci 🇨🇭😇
Nance on the flippen cut on the finger! I’ve bled all over a job to get it done!
Amazing work, thanks for all the tutorial tips!
My pleasure!
I enjoy these long videos because it really is educational and i love all the tools. Great content. Miss seeing Josh. Hello to Paul the new tech.
Surprised it didn’t go to the wash bay first.
Another awesome video Zeth! Really enjoyed it and learnt a lot! That crane of our pretty sweet!! 👍
Hey just a fyi the check valves sometimes fail when the accumulators fail. They are actually on the back side of the ILS manifold 😉👍
A truck crane is your best friend. How did we manage before ?
Bet the farmer is very happy to get the phone call his tractor will be done.he will hate seeing repair bill though.
Don't worry about the length.
love the content
Vids longer the better, really enjoy wrenchin thru Yu💕
Great to see the amount of work into the front axle refurb just glad it's not me who gets the bill
Zeth, your content is great ,I love your channel, bless you and josh.
I like to keep old bearings, or at least the inner race, for quick 'n dirty bolt sleeves.
For example, cheap lawn mower tractors.
The mower deck has just thin 1/8" thick brackets where the pin goes in that holds and moves the whole thing up and down. The holes for the pin gets worn out oval in no time.
So I opened up the hole, welded an old bearing race into it and put a new pin in. Never had an issue after that.
I always love your videos Zeth! Keep them coming!
Thanks! Will do!
still blows my mind you work in a heavy shop with no overhead crane. On top of that you ran a service truck with no crane.
Makes me appreciate my new crane.
Do they offer a dual power option for the crane where it could run off of AC power when its the shop? It would save a lot of idle time on the new truck @@ZKMasterTech
Dealers are just cheapskates. Ask me how I know.
You could say the dealers are not cheapskates when they buy $300-$400,000 dollar service trucks. Overhead crane would be cheap in comparison
what people don't understand about planatarys, when you check level grab 2 beer ,go for drive, warm them up,crack the plug and create a vacume in a sealed unit when it cools down. they won't leak
Great work guys. I think this tractor design is an over complicated design just for working in a field. I also can't get my head around how many new parts are needed. Just an opinion from someone who knows nothing. Thank you from London, UK
Love learning from you! Would like to see a video of you going over some general maintenance on a r4030 sprayer if you ever get the chance!
I’m really surprised that you guys didn’t power wash everything before bringing it into the shop the amount of leaves debris when you pulled off the right rear tires to change that line was unbelievable or the farmer should’ve been doing this stuff twice a year
You can’t get to that area with the tires on.
Awwww... How do you say you've never worked a day in your life, while not saying you've never worked a day in your life.
Zeth its fairly common for the steering cylinder barrel to wear a groove so new seals dont always fix the leak. Some can get by with screwing the stop out further
Great job on repairing these monsters. If a farmer didn't get all the extended warranty they could then they would be in serious trouble $
Thanks Zeth for the longer videos. I find more info goes in quicker than short snappy ones. How did the sprayer turn out - top or bottom off? Great education even for me @ 69.
Trying to get the crank out of the engine first.
I hear shop there goes our safety bonus
Yeah I agree, snap on made a pretty good copy of the Bacho pipe wrenches.
Haven’t watched a video in awhile, where’s Josh? Keep up the good work!
Dam good job big guy
I like long videos
great stuff
I’m guessing you love the new Hoist! User Friendly!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love it!
i have a 3/8 milwaukee that i have yet to find a mower blade i can not get off i have also took tires off of small cars and suv went back and checked them putting them off and get a good 60 to 65 foot pounds torque
You are truly a master and a credit to your profession
What astounds me is the complexity of the horror show you are working on…it would be of great interest to know the bill for this service…most likely I’d need a second mortgage
Thank you
Amazing job
Seus vídeos são bacanas. Parabéns!!
Exellent video as always.
Safety gloves are a must
Another great video and longer videos are ok. But using red lock tite to get a nice hard shaft in a hole ir rather kinky, try lube next time. Cheers
Excellent video i like the longer format also. How is your tractor coming along. Might we see it soon for maintenance before spring?
Love it!
@11:37 I still don't know why none of the tool trucks sell band-aids.
Love the videos
Great video zeth
Great video.
Мужыки вы молодцы знаете свою работу
Thanks for sharing spring is definitely coming I seen Easter Lilly’s coming up in my yard and a couple trees are dropping flowers already I pray somebody brings me mushrooms when they come up 😂great video thanks for sharing
Zeth, I am curious to know how many bushels of corn the farmer would have to harvest and sell in order to pay for all your work and the new parts that went into the repairs on this one tractor.
Great video! One question how often do the ils accumulators have to be refilled or calibrated, because we let ours be refilled 2 years ago and now it's riding pretty rough agian.
Sometimes they need replaced and recharged.
Another great video 🤙🏻
i like your job dude!!!
I also like to do my own repairmentes, cuestion... why not wash the tractor before starting to do any work?
Hey. Wondering why you guys don't press your own hoses. So you can make them fit perfectly.
That shaft was long and distinguished!
So every 1500 hours those tractors need to come in to grease that one item, and that’s just one side of the tractor, WOW!
good content
How many hours on this tractor???
What kind op protection do you have one your watch ?
Just an otterbox case
Great work Zeth!
Do you ever work on a 4020 or a 4630?
