In Bangalore, traffic police are checking vehicles using LED lights, and say this bulb should not be used and collect fine. Instead of catching vehicles, let the transport minister and transport commissioner, inform the car manufacturers, LED bulb manufacturers to stop fitting. Instead they catch vehicle users which is rule of the government. All the high end vehicles in all vehicles use white bulbs and majority of them never do dip and dimming. Vehicle users with halogen bulbs, almost become blind. The 2 wheelers light is on as soon as engine is started. This is another most irritating rule.
