This would only cause more issues without rigid legal definitions for the terms you are using. National interests is subjective and divided along party lines. Integrity is subjective the same way morality is subjective. For example, Trump supporters believe Trump has integrity and are confident in his ability to govern. They believe he has the nation's best interests at heart. While most of us know that is not the case, if we were the minority, your clause would work against us, and Biden would be the one disqualified.

I’m not a legal expert by any means, but what I have read in the 50+ page document seems to explain a very simple rule (quite succinctly! Ie nobody is above the law! I don’t think the SCOTUS would even need to look at the ruling, let alone have any legal precedent for wanting to reassess the decision

Isn’t it strange how it wasn’t until Trump that the issue of a former president having to answer to the courts after he left office for criminal acts committed while president really became a big problem?
No one has ever pushed it, and in such stupid, petty and obvious ways as trump, as well as the multiple treasonous attempts at retaining power not even considering the jan 6 riots, the various other plots. Also no president has ever sought to profit personally like trump, he wiped with the emoluments clause. Nothing strange at all actually, and had there been actual evidence of crimes committed then I think most people would be on board with pursuing prosecution regardless of political party. A good portion of the bush administration belongs in jail for lying us into wars for their profit, torture, rendering, domestic surveillance, etc... No democrat equivalents to those kinds of crimes.

Calling the United States a democracy is like calling a monarchy a government.
I am not an American. However, having spent time in America, and as mind-blowing as it is, there are tens of millions of Americans who will mindlessly throw their support and their money behind the self-declared stable genius.
I am in my 50s. I've voted Republican all my life. Trump has helped me in a way I don't think he meant to. I have realized in these past few years I am not actually a Republican. I have nothing in common with the New Republican Order and I can't support this want to be dictator anymore. Too many Republicans did not condemn Trumps actions during the insurrection. Those that did took their sweet time to do so. I will be voting Democrat for the for seeable future. Ps please forgive my spelling and grammar mistakes. It's late but this has wade heavy on my mind and I can't take back my vote. But I was paying attention. The election Trump wants to believe he as cheated from but I am one of many who paid attention and did not vote for him a second time. My heart was too heavy with that mistake and I couldn't sleep until I got that thought out there. Hopefully there will be more of us that start to think really think what the future will look like under the New Republican Order.

As a Trump supporter. The more hes attacked, the more i support him. More and more people see whats happening in this country and will walk away from the democratic party and become Republicans. I know this will happen, cause i used to be a stout democrat myself. Hard working Americans are tired of the high prices and the attacks on our freedoms.
