uuh, great video idea. excellent video, cutting , audio, lighting, editing on point as always, enjoyed it a lot. Also the fact that you give your opinion on the aventus batch discussion or the "correct" Bleu versions. my pick would be indeed also DHI, as apparently for many others, since it was one of the first parfums i ever owned. in fact, recently i wore it again after many years and instantly got goosebumps HOW good it just is. a masterpiece. but close to that would be the Profumo, although Oud Minerale by Tom Ford is a very interesting aquatic alternative which is slightly more interesting in character .

Hey great video! I own quite a few of these and keep running into a problem. I'll wear a scent for a week, say Tobacco Oud, and then the next week I'll wear Dior Homme Parfum. The problem is that the scent will end up on the collar of a coat or jacket and they will mix to create a rather unappealing new scent. My motorcycle helmet smells the worst...almost like a department store where dozens of colognes are mixed together. Do you run into this problem? And what do you do to combat this? Thanks!

Yes it's a very reasonable list. I'd place Dior Homme Parfum, Fahrenheit, and V&R Spicebomb Extreme above AdG Profumo though
I have all full bottles in the list except for Dior Fahrenheit (used to own it, but it has been sold due to underutilised). I think DHI really deserved to be in no. 1 spot, masterpiece.

Just bought my first “big boy” fragrance. And, of course, it’s Terre d’Hermes (edt). I don’t even care, I freaking love it. It’s lasts me all day and I really enjoy it from start to finish.
TDH is an absolute masterpiece.

Not bad, glad to see Oud Wood, Aventus and Terre d'Hermes on this list, I have all three plus Terre d'Hermes is the one that really got me into fragrances.

Those have always been talked about on Frag channels. Almost at nauseam. They have consistently been on countdowns in some way or fashion

been collecting since january,have 80 frags and an empty wallet,but i have spicebomb extreme, chanel parfum,La Nuit De' L' homme,Acqua di Gio Profumo, and Dior Homme Intense which is my fav of the lot,and the funny thing is i only got into this because a jeremy fragrance vid popped up in my recomendations,i had no intentions whatsoever of spending on fragrances,now i'm subbed to you and most of the others and my mates got in on it all too

So glad Terre D’Hermes got a spot. It’s my all time favorite perfume. Own 7 of the 10, planing to buy TF Oud Wood next. And maybe the Dior Homme Parfum and will be waiting for someone to gift me with a Fahrenheit. 😄✌🏽

Great video and I do like the list eventhough I only own one of it. Profumo, because I think it is a better version of the OG.
Looking at the title and to the final list, it's obvious the audience is of a younger generation, or leaded by what is popular at the moment or a few years ago. Only one fragrance from before 2000 has made the list, while there are so many awesome classics still availlable. But... the majority of the people have spoken.

I have 9 out of 10 of these fragrances except oud wood, interestingly all bought early on in my collecting addiction, i was obviously heavily influenced by all the RUclips reviewers at the time, but all very lovely fragrances........good review Chris

Among the community of expert fragrance bloggers and RUclipsrs, I must say that the video I watched was truly exceptional. Fortunately, I had the chance to use the first 12, which allowed me to grasp the significance of having a killer collection.

Terre the Hermes .I remember this moment in 2008 ,browsing in Westfield Stratford and it happened.I was just stroke with fresh and woddy lightining.From this time on nothing was the same.Since than only Tom Ford and recently Bottega Veneta are original enough for me.

Terre d Hermes is quite weak I actually got bored of the smell after a while I don't reach for it often. Dior homme intense isn't very versatile I can't think of many occasions to wear it although it's fantastic.
I wear Fahrenheit and use the parfum version as a clothes mister. It mixes well

The best I ever smelt was one made by Givenchy, it was in a green bottle and the year was around 2004/5. Everyone I was with couldn't put it down when treating it in boots. I didn't have my wallet with me so couldn't buy it and have never seen it since. Do you have any idea which one it was?
Very Irresistible for men Givenchy - I had this, loved the bottle as well as the fragrance. EDIT HOLY SHIT ITS EXPENSIVE. I think I used my club card points when buying it loool

I had adg Profumo when it first came out and never wore it, the bottle lasted me a few years but now that I don’t have it I really want it again. I’m 27 now and I’ve been liking a bit more mature fragrances and I feel if I remember right that cologne would be perfect for me. I love Profondo and own it but want something a bit more masculine sometimes
Also 27. I went with DHI as my signature scent for similar reasons

I smelt dior homme intense before and it’s good. However I pick up a liquorice note which kinda puts me off. Nice iris and nice opening and dry down however it’s ruined by that liquorice note
I guess this ends any debate of Dior vs Chanel, but there wasn’t any question in my mind. I cannot believe Terre DHermes is that high. It’s fine but I’d never list it higher than something like Prada LHomme.
I love Dior homme intense but I think bleu de Chanel edp is even better. Just more my vibe. I think Profumo is better also. The Dior isn’t as wearable for me at work. Sad not to see Prada lhomme on the list
I tried Dior Homme Intense in a shop. I was excited to test it after all the glowing reviews. Smelt it, and thought that smells like women's foundation / the inside of a handbag.... Couldn't believe how instantly turned off by it I was. Oud Wood or Terre d'Hermes would be my picks from this list.

It smells like chocolate sex on the dry down
The dry down is stunning. DHI is a master of perfumery. And I guess the reason why so many guys now love it is because women like it on them.
Same experience that I had with DHI. Off putting on the initial to mid since I'm used to masculine leaning scents on the first test on the strip. Tried it again on the skin the second time and it grew on me and the dry down was addicting..a bit woody and cholatey to me.
I own or have owned every single one except Fahrenheit.
Fully agree with Terre D'Hermes being #2, it's a Masterpiece of perfumery.
My top 5 would be
1. Terre D'Hermes
2. Bleu De Chanel
3. Happyland Shameless
4. Dior Homme Cologne
5. Chanel Allure Homme Sport EDT

Gonna wait for the niche one because I can't relate to designer any more. I guess Prada L'homme and Dior Sauvage not being on the list is surprising? But there is a finite amount of spots.

Of these 10 I own Tom Ford Oud Wood, Spicebomb Extreme, Creed Aventus, and Bleu de Chanel EDT. I keep the Tom Ford because it reminds me of the girl that bought it for me but in my humble opinion it smells just a little bit synthetic which is one thing I don't care for in fragrances, when it comes to Oud, I prefer Oud for Greatness, I do wear that one occasionally. Aventus is my daily go to and Green Irish Tweed is my dress up and the other 18 or 20 of my fragrances basically collect dust but I have been wearing my Spicebomb Extreme quite a bit more lately as my girlfriend really likes it and I have to admit it is a classic.
I find it hard to believe that Fahrenheit made the list that stuff is crap I wouldn't use it for anything except for starting my campfire.....

I love opening of earlier creed aventus but hate that beechwood or pine smell in the dry down same as mont blank. I went roja dove elysium, mancera and bond number 9 scent of peace for him instead.

You really need to launch into the niche market side as there are some examples that will blow all of those out of contention and give the world a view into the market that isn't manipulated by corporations.

I've avoided blu de chanel in favour of bond no 9 scent of peace. And dior savage edt with dior savage edp lol. Just recently bought my second ever armani aqua di gio profumo. After my signature scent armani mania from 1995 finally got discontinued 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

Bleu Electrique disappeared from most online sellers for a while and there were credible claims that it had been discontinued, but over the last few months it has steadily become available everywhere once again. My guess is that, since this was released during the pandemic, probably some supply chains were cut over time, which made it impossible for YSL to keep distributing it and since this had so much online hype, resellers' stocks quickly ran out after the supply chain was cut. Now that everything is back to normal, it is being mass produced again so every online store has plenty of bottles to sell. That's my theory.
I have or had everyone on this list except for Oud Wood. I guess it is the price being a factor.
Although it is discontinued I hope I can get to smell it.
And you find Aventus cheaper, which is twice its price.

Was fully expecting Sauvage to be number one, don’t get me wrong, I eyeroll every time I smell someone wearing it, like all the choices you have and you picked that... but you can’t deny, people like it.
Nice to see Fahrenheit is still on this list, for being my favorite for about 10 years, till it got replaced by Boss Bottled late 90s.
