@barryhodgert7709 Thanks for the question. It's something to consider for sure. If you think of all the particulates(iron, calcium,flouride etc.) in the solution of paint it takes up space that pigment occupy which would make your paint look slightly more vibrant. One thing I found interesting is that even though variables exist when using tap water it doesn't change the lightfastness of the color. Great question!!
Hey Scott, one question about the fact Daniel Smith uses distilled water as one of their three ingredients of his paint. Would Daniel Smith then recommend using distilled water when using the paint as well?
