Her grandmother wasn’t shit. Trust me, he did it to others and grandmother knew about it. I wish I could give her a hug. These stories never get easier to tell. I pray for her healing.
I don’t understand these dudes. Anybody that sexually assaults somebody, especially a child should get life in prison without parole. Honestly
If your uncle was doing that to you, I wonder if he also abused your mom?. It sounds like your grandmother knew but she covered for him.

Im truly sorry for your pain. You shouldn't have to go through this. I was also molested by one of my uncles and my aunt didn't believe me. He's going to reap what he sow.

I would just like to really encourage you to report your uncle who abused you, because people who commit such heinous crimes as he did, should be held accountable. Reporting him should also prevent him from harming anyone else ever again, especially a child.
I know some people think that if sexual abuse happened awhile ago, the Statue of Limitations to report it is over. But 14 States as of a few years ago, did away with this Statue of Limitations, so now anyone who was sexually assaulted as a child/minor from these States can report their sexual abuse and receive justice, no matter how long ago the abuse took place. I'm sure since a few years ago, even more States have joined in this needed and Noble cause. 🙂

I know what you went through. I survived emotional and mental abuse all my childhood. I was SA'ed at 5 & as a teen guys didn't know the meaning of the word no, i managed to stop them. 😢😢😢I wonder why, looking back i didn't run away. I believe because my mother would show me news articles of what happened to runaways and foster children & i was scared. Best wishes to you.🩵😢

I honestly question if the grandmother abused her own son. She seems unbothered by the pain of this child almost as if she knows she may have caused her own son to be a predator. Idk, odd behavior for a grandmother.

Mostly women commenting here. Come on men. I'm not a violent man, but I'd have to be restrained in the presence of the abuser. At the minimum I'd contact the police and get this poor girl some help. I'm glad she's in therapy. I hope she has a very good therapist. Probably needs two. For sure a woman needs to take the lead, but there should also be a male therapist so she can see what a good man is like.

She was never betrayed in any way. Betrayed means that the people around disclose your secrets to your enemies, such as a spy disclosing military secrets to your enemy troop. She doesn't understand the meaning of the word "betrayed".
