Dolce&Gabbana Q was surprisingly good! It’s the only fragrance that made to the cashier when I was browsing a local perfume shop after testing several designer fragrances. Excited to hear your thoughts and glad it passed your standard as well 😂

Yippee you are back at the pool. I’ve been loving the fact that we are actually enjoying a spring this year vice going from winter straight into summer. I’m still holding strong to no blind buys. Samples and decants only. I love Appolonia. I’ve had it for a while and will be wearing it through spring and summer.

Love the videos by the poolside! Gets me in the mood for summer. The Hufflepuff and Q sound really good, need to test those out. I actually got my husband Apollonia as one of his full bottles. I got a sample for myself of it, and he said he actually really liked it for himself. So I got him a bottle for father's day last year, I believe it was.

Love the poolside videos. All the pools are closed today where I am even though they were supposed to open this weekend. This Memorial Day is actually cool and rainy where I am in the Southeast US! It's usually hotter than a goat's butt in a pepper patch this weekend! And I was going to pull out my summer fragrances but it's only going to be 63 degrees today, so no summer frags for me yet. You make me want to go try Q by D&G, even though I passed it by without trying before. I need to smell Akro Bake. Apollonia is on my wish list.

I just got my decant of Akro Bake a couple of days ago and have been trying it out, too. Really nice! I think I’ll get more use out of it when the weather is cooler, but I really like it!

I bought a small bottle of Bake and for me this is a big yes- beginning reminds me of Andreoli's Malibu party and drydown is similar to Vanilla silk by Gallagher- perfect combination 😍

I ADORE Thomas Kosmala No 4 Candy. Like expensive elevated Burberry Her. And it lasts FOREVER. Like I smell it while blow drying my hair several washes after wearing it. It's eternal. I also just bought Hufflepuff. Reminds me of La Danza Delle Libellule but longer lasting.

Chris, I love your poolside videos - "outside" is my jam! 🥰 I, too, went to check out Hufflepuff and saw that it was sold out - I never wanted to fall in love with limited editions because I knew I'd want to keep repurchasing, but that hasn't worked out very well for me with other "favorite" mainstream perfumes (so many past loves are discontinued), so I guess I just need to learn to live in the moment, more! 😉 Anyway, I do hope they restock. Fun video!

@The Perfume Nest Oh, Chris, me, too! I bought Sicily when it first came out. A couple of years ago, a kind Facebook Fragrance Friends member sent me half a bottle, and I still have about an inch - (hoarding it like a dragon). 🥰
I also lament Armani Sensi, and (you're too young to remember this one) - Princess Marcella Borghese, the original fragrance. Oh, my. I adored them, and it was the kiss of death, LOL 😉

@The Perfume Nest Chris, I just had to look it up - it was actually "Di Borghese" and it was a clear flattened round-ish, fluted bottle with a silver top... this was early 80s, though! And Sensi reminded me SO much of it, I'm sure that was why I loved it so... (Sensi didn't last long on me, though!)
I had the exact same reaction to Mashumaro. It smelled like burning wood soaked with chemicals to my nose. I've not had a lot of luck with that house because I'm sensitive to a lot of molecular-type fragrances. Catching up on all your videos! 😄
I actually like several in the line but that one was a big “no”. 😬💕
Have you tried lemon tart by theodoris kalotinis? I recently picked up coffee addict by him on your recommendation and man am I in love so I think lemon tart is the next one I am going to spring for. And I personally love the noises and the water sound it doesn't bother me at all! To each their own I guess. I have a sample of lemon island coming to me and excited to try that but overall just enjoying the fragrance I want to finish which is Pera granita by guerlain and the kayali sample set and I have enough samples and rollerballs to test for fun as the weather warms up :)

Hello Chris! Great video! I do not own any Light Blues, but I am interested in purchasing a few for summer because they're so light. I live in AZ and it is so hot here, all the way until October. I'd love to see some suggestions this year on "transitioning to fall" when you live in weather that's very hot in fall. We will hit in the 100s sometimes even toward Halloween. The D&G Q! I had a sample and at first I didn't like it. It seemed green to me. But then it dried down and it actually reminded me of Light Blue a little bit. Maybe I'm crazy? @@ThePerfumeNest Mesa is a beautiful city. I'm in North Phoenix, so about an hour away from Mesa. I always get a little envious watching videos that reference perfumes to wear in fall with a cozy sweater! My sweaters don't make an appearance until November and even then it's still in the 70s. Of course, the other end of the spectrum is that at least I'm not shoveling snow!

As a Texan I have come to love my Fall and Winters here because I love a snuggly sweater, corduroy pants and boots. But at the same time….my inside beach girl can’t wait for the scorching hot summers also (all of two months of hot weather). 😂

I totally agree with you on the Simone Andrioli,, dont ask permission, it was too musky for me and I have my 10ML to someone I know that loves musk. I could tell it was well done and a good perfume but I just CANNOT with that ErbaPur- type musk.
