By the picture (beautiful artwork, btw, TeaDrop) and context clues from Adams speech, I am a quite delicate, even frail, young-ish prince today, apparently. This is almost the absolute opposite of my real self on all parts. That this video can pull me into the role of the bedridden prince speaks to TeaDrop's abilities at script writing and Michael's talent as a VA, because dangit, I am now a frail prince. Thank you both for this beautiful story. Some of my highlights: The wording is well done to fit a royal knight of centuries past - the flowery words and poetic sentences and all. The sheer panic in Adams demeanour over almost losing his prince while at the same time the respectful way of keeping himself at bay as to not overwhelm the prince - that is so well written, it pulls you right into panic mode over the prince, which is wild, because two seconds ago you where the prince, laughing internally at your dramatic knight. The reverence towards his cherished charge, the way he carefully interacts with the prince and asks for permission at every step, always considering potential boundaries - this is a good man, we need more of him. And when we finally get to the point of Adam hopefully asking to court the prince and the prince affirming that he most certainly wants that (probably grinning widely as he does), we still don't go straight into wild, frenzied kissing (which wouldn't have fit with these two at all) and instead there are simply sweet, tender kisses on the lips, as it isn't time for more yet - wonderfully done.
