Everyone with any sense or money is fleeing California. Property taxes up, state taxes… crime up. Get out.. Plus these types of houses are always initially priced at unrealistic, insane prices hoping for some sucker to come along. Guess the recent drop in tech stocks hasn’t helped either.
Looks to me like substandard neighboring homes, and the finishes aren't the best. The developer took shortcuts building a spec home, reasoning that every dollar they saved was a dollar in their pocket when they sold it to some sucker.
Let me see.....yup. It has a stupid glass bedroom that's protruding like a mushroom on the second floor of home.
I mean if that is the master's bedroom, no couple would sleep in that. How can you bang each other if there's fear of being I dunno SEEN downstairs or if the box is stable enough on the 2nd floor?
One would say there are curtains. I would prefer to sleep in a bedroom where punks cannot shoot you from below and that you do not need a mobile reminder to close the curtains. I think those were the reasons.

What You're paying to live in Bel Air is basically 90% location. A $50m house probably cost $5m to build and 45 is locqtion value

This property and the Belair 908, the neighbor of belair 924, both have a strongly unappealing quality to them. Maybe its the staging or maybe its the office like architecture, but they dont look like they deserve what they ask. In my honest opinion marbella and miami fl have the most eye candy properties. Ironically none of them even quote beyond 30 million.

Perhaps have real estate companies buy them from stars/producers/musicians/artists/business owners whatever....................and then turn around and sell them as timeshares to vacationers.
