Let the city of Albuquerque give homeless a free ride to Santa Fe and let them enjoy the homeless camps everywhere

Yup. Let wuhan lujan and her rich buddies house them. Their pro crime and pro drug abuse policies helped create more homelessness after all

The city police should focus their efforts on those stealing, and in possession of stolen carts instead of coming up with new ways to fine the crime victims.

It’s not really steeling, homeless take those carts and use them. The average user is not taking those home. Specially in there car’s since they don’t fit

@@luisarmendariz5345 so taking property that doesn't belong to you is not stealing?

47k is a drop in the bucket and a highly inflated number. This is really really stupid. These clowns should spend some time at a grocery store parking lot trying to monitor carts and let us know how they would do that. People defeat the cart locks all the time.

How the hell is that 47,000$ I’ll do that for half of that. Seriously guys this is our taxes payer money, that’s why they charge so much. They even say that in the video. It’s not like the average shopper is taking than that far.

These eggheads put the blame on retailers who obviously don’t want their carts stolen?? How about prosecuting the criminals who have stolen the carts? This seems like an obvious and sensible solution to the problem.

Big chain grocery stores will just pass the costs onto consumers. Great Reset.

Offer people a bonus or a discount for returning carts.

This is a job for the cartnarcs, who have been selflessly been creating awareness of this situation as it is a non governmental agency spreading awareness of societies lazybones.

Just ban carts. Slobs use them to take their groceries home so they get fatter faster.
