Claire Lewis has been wanting to do a pregnant dance video for a while now, and now at 8 months pregnant, we put this one together. There were some last minute preparations, but we just had a lot of fun with it. Special thank you to Savannah Pantoja and Isaiah Reyna for dancing! You can keep doing anything you were already doing before you got pregnant (within reason)...and fitness is always great. The dance moves are also not really impact moves so she isn't jumping or doing anything to endanger the baby.
