There were many things in the movie except song's and that acting has more length than all song's. The aura of acting the personality the walk the style the confidence and the capability that produced the don and Kishore was just the part of crew like others. No one can make anybody what he is he is only because he has the quality otherwise kishore even sang for amol palekar.

डॉन ( १९७८ ) फिल्म का यह गाना आज भी लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत है फिल्मों के महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन की जिस गाने में बहुत अच्छी एक्टिंग और मुंबई शहर का बहुत अच्छा है । गांवों मे फिल्म आते आते ४/५ साल लग जाते । ८० से दशक मे हमरे गाँव डॉन पधारे , उस जमाने में यह गाने वीडियो में सुना करते थे और विद्यार्थी जीवन में सुनकर आपस में डिस्कशन भी करते हैं आगे आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए यह वास्तविक जीवन पर आधारित गाने एक भावी पीढ़ी की धरोहर रहेंगे ।
ना जाने कितनी बार देखा है डॉन! सभी गाणे किशोरदा का आवाज और अमितजी का अभिनय! ऐसी फिल्म फिर नही बन सकेंगी!!! बेशक ?

गीतकार लालजी पांडे उफँ अंजान साहब ने अमीताभ बच्चन के लिए एक से बढकर एक गीत लिखे, और वह सभी गाने हिट ही हुये, चाहे वह मुकद्दर का सिंकदर हो या शराबी , याराना हो या डाँन या फिर गंगा की सौगंध हो या फिर लावारिस , सभी फिल्म के गाने बेहतर ही लिखे । किशोर दा का क्या कहना वह आवाज तो अमीताभ के लिए गहना थी !
