That movie sounds terrifying 😂👍🏻 My level of old movie scare is The Blob. 😂
it was! only recommend if you are up for a good scare 🤣
I love the Chipotle roasted sweetcorn squash and feta salad in the green roasting tin! It's so tasty.
that sound delish! I don't eat cheese but can swap it in for something else ! yum!
Mysteries my fav📚!
yay!
Love that mug & your cute pups! Just discovered your channel
thanks pal - thanks for watching along!
Hi! I'm so behind on videos! I've been wanting to read Trespasses, so looking forward to your thoughts 😃I've never heard anyone talk about How Can I Help You? but the premise certainly intrigued me. Hope you're having a fantastic week ❤
Trespasses sounds awesome. How Can I help you was a solid read but it did feel lacking in something - I review it in tomorrow's weekend vlog ☺️ Hope you are having a good week!
Great
Thanks for another fun weekend reading vlog! I read and enjoyed two of Laura Sims’ books, “How Can I Help You” and “The Looker.” I’m still wondering why there’s no question mark at the end of “How Can I Help You.”
thanks as always for watching - new one uploading for tomorrow 👍🏻. May the title is a statement and not a question although grammatically makes no sense i know!
Hey Johanna! Been binge watching your videos since discovering you, love you and your style! My notebook is kept beside me for a lot of your recommendations. Anyhoo, I’m in Grangemouth, Scotland and just wanted to say hello and congratulate you on doing a super job on RUclips. I’ll be trying Coraline out as a middle-grade book but have to admit, last night I gave up on Alice in Wonderland. (Yes, I’ve never read 😬), it just wasn’t my cup of tea ☕️. Keep up the good work with the doggos. Xx
Aww hello pal and fellow Scot - thanks for watching and for such lovely comments, you're too kind. I hope you find some books that interest you to read. Coraline isn't quite as weird as Alice to be fair so hopefully a bit more enjoyable for you.
I love Riley Sagar too!!! I can’t wait to hear how it it!! I am currently reading The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah- LOVING it. Just completed Caste by Isabel Wilkerson (non fiction).
The Great Alone was my first Hannah - so good - enjoY!
Mad Honey by Jodi Picoult is a good read.
That had a twist I never saw coming but was brilliant!
Hi, brilliant video as per usual. I have never read Riley Sager, which book would you recommend as an introduction please?🌻
Thanks as always for watching! If you don't mind haunted house stories I say start with Home Before Dark - it's also about a book within a book!
I’ve read a few of the grant county series but I think it was Faithless I just found it boring so stopped 🤣 also read a few of the will Trent ones. Where will you be coming to in wales 🏴📚
I've only read 2 grand county so far and spacing it in case i do get bored. Oh might have to be visiting mid way as Wales appears is not the easiest from where I am on public transport :(
@@MeMyDogAndBooks I think maybe some of the grant county are bit dated now x
you might be right! some of the language especially towards women feels a bit less inclusive but I appreciate they are quite old
Chinese Cultural Revolution - Jung Xiang's Wild Swans
OMG yes - I read that FOREVER ago, how could I forget. It's a great epic! Might be time for a reread!
