Hey! I don’t think it’s possible for me as of now to cover girls hostel. But trust me everything is good. Infrastructure boys hostel se Acha hai, mess bhi Acha hai and security wagera is also good no cases of ragging as well :)
I don’t know about coep’s electrical, but u will get to sit for most of the software companies as well from electronics branch in VJTI. Besides there are many core companies as well :)
Placement wise Walchand IT would be better I guess, and exposure wise VJTI Electronics. VJTI Electronics has also good placements though. It's upto you now 🙌
Placement wise WALCHAND CSE is better. But, you will have to compromise with not so urban life. VJTI ExTC has also too good placements+ exposure of Mumbai. But, you will have to prepare on ur own for coding related placements.

@@Abhishek.9233 hello abhi! preparing boards syllabus is enough for CET, you just need to focus on mock tests now, as u don't have time to solve chapter wise questions. Try to give maximum mock tests, analyse them properly, and most importantly try to note the mistakes of each mock test in a separate book and revise it before the next test, as many questions are kind of repeated in each test, even in CET exam there are many questions similar to that of previous year questions. So focus on PYQs and mock tests as much as possible :)

Not provided by the hostel authority. U have to take it on ur own. Sab roommates wagera contribute karke u can purchase it ..almost har room me liye hai wifi sab logo ne ..they are not that costly :)

As of now, there is no hostel for MTech I guess. But, the new building, which is under construction is for MTech as far as I know. Maybe it will be given to MTech students from this year itself:)

It's completely ur choice if u want to pursue career in any other branch from IIT. Even if u r looking for learning coding while u r in other branch in IIT, you will be involved in coding and ur branch academics. U r not going to get time for any other things of ur interest. That's why, I preferred IT branch, and I don't regret it. You may consider same points or others.
Dada, I'm from Vasai-Virar and I'm getting EnTC in VJTI. Can I get hostel in VJTI as I think I'm technically not a Mumbaikar? If not, then are there any affordable options near VJTI? P. S. I read a rule stating that Mumbaikars won't get a hostel room so I wanted to know.
I think u will not get hostel, coz one of my frd from that area didn't get hostel. Yes, u can surely opt for PG, many of them are affordable. And for mess, u can join our hostel mess which is affordable.. 🙌

@@pro-ol1tq coding culture is good in colleges like VJTI so u can go for lower branch and do coding stuff. But there are some companies which do not allow students other than cs it, they are very rare though ;)

It's completely ur choice if u want to pursue career in any other branch from IIT. Even if u r looking for learning coding while u r in other branch in IIT, you will be involved in coding and ur branch academics. U r not going to get time for any other things of ur interest.
That's why, I preferred IT branch, and I don't regret it.
You may consider same points or others.

Dada, I'm from Vasai-Virar and I'm getting EnTC in VJTI. Can I get hostel in VJTI as I think I'm technically not a Mumbaikar? If not, then are there any affordable options near VJTI?
P. S. I read a rule stating that Mumbaikars won't get a hostel room so I wanted to know.
I think u will not get hostel, coz one of my frd from that area didn't get hostel.
Yes, u can surely opt for PG, many of them are affordable. And for mess, u can join our hostel mess which is affordable.. 🙌

Please answer this one , CSE,EnTc I am getting in college like Rajiv gandhi college mumbai , JSPM , DY Patil , VIIT in pune , and in ICT and VJTI I am getting textile .................I do not have specific interest in any branch just want good campus life and good package .........please tell what should I do 🙏🙏
My parents and some relatives are saying to do CS / EnTc in local colleges of pune as after getting placement in CS /IT field the packages increases a lot and frequently which is not the case in textile .........I am too much confused as I was thinking of textile at good colleges like ICT and VJTI , also there I can do coding related stuff and sit for CS/IT companies placement
@@pro-ol1tq coding culture is good in colleges like VJTI so u can go for lower branch and do coding stuff. But there are some companies which do not allow students other than cs it, they are very rare though ;)

Electrical is also a good branch in VJTI. You can appear for software jobs' interviews too.
