I went to Tannen's in the early 80's. There was Frank Garcia standing there and Harry Lorayne was behind the counter showing his HaLo Aces. Wow!

Garcia wasn't the only one that knew good material when he saw it and printed it without credit. Expert Card Technique was filled with Charlie Millers contributions (mostly Vernon's).

This was the first magic video I ever purchased. It cost about $75-$80 as I recall. Tannen’s was the only one releasing videos at the time. One aspect of the opening set that deserves mention is how well routined it is. The ace discovery segues into the Krenzel bullet effect which provides the card necessary for Vernon‘s Triumph which in turn flows into Jennings visitor routine.

I stole Frank Garcia’s final loads for the cups and balls.

I can't believe that the Frank Garcia books have not been reprinted......not least given the amount of utter 'new'(?) dross being released today.

I would appreciate these videos a lot more, if during the actual performances, Aaron and others would keep their noises, "i'm in the know"- laughs and oinks to themselves or at least to a minimum. Sometimes it's really hard to follow the trick or patter because of that nonsense. Not much sense talking about a trick or particular style afterwards, when the viewer couldn't u nderstand half of the performance because you guys feel the need to constantly talk over it smh.

Totally agree!!! I think it is almost just plain disrespectful. Nobody likes hecklers in their live shows...well then...stop.
