Thanks for such a wake-up call message and your authenticity about what you went through. Your story is so unique, and I agree that we must decide how much we want to change instead of staying in comfort zone and living in the past. Trust in the unknown is when miracle happened ♥️ I hope this video goes to those in need ♥️
Lost my dad to liver cancer too , within 4 months of diagnosis. It is one of the more aggressive cancers. Your Hope and Faith are keeping you in good stead.
Everything you mentioned is great advice. Mindset matters. The placebo and nocebo effect are real scientific phenomena. Also, If you are in a constant state of panic and stress from the diagnosis, insulin and blood sugar goes up, and immune system function goes down. Thank you for sharing this knowledge
@@NhiTranLee Agreed, I view the mind as the foundation of the healing pyramid. Interestingly, this has been studied in mice several times. Stress makes cancer much worse and even promotes metastases. Some mechanisms are interesting to read about on pubmed, even though I feel bad for the stressed out mice 😬
@@robertbrowning2 yes!! And honestly that is the hardest part for me. The stress I believe is what created the perfect storm for the cancer to develop.

Yes it is so important, probably the most important more than diet and supplements which will come naturally when you work on your mind.
