Dream Game vids are always epic! I am being honest with you the new hospital hits harder than the last. The parking layout is noice but the lights in the middle kinda bother me a bit. Try fixing them.
Maybe put vertical parts in the building to add more like a hospital with alot of rooms. I am not sure if it will look better but trying cant go wrong.
