After making the new Youngs Harvest Cider kit, its now time to taste it.
We brewed this to 32 pints.
Just after 1 month in the bottle, it’s clear and fizzy.
It is a light straw colour with a gently apple aroma.
It tastes dry (you can add some sweetener if you like your cider sweeter), with a little hint of sweetness. It’s crisp, refreshing and gets the mouth watering.
It tastes like a bit like Strongbow or even Dry Blackthorn.
