Tracey, thank you for sharing your lovely no fuss muffin recipe with us. We all bake diffrently but the most valuable message you gave was to make memories in the kitchen. You.. do You... look forward to seeing more from you 🌸
Sorry, but this recipe was useless for me. You did not give the speed and how long to mix the wet ingredients. What speed and how long for the dry ingredients. You can over mix batter. Please spend a little more time and give the full recipe. People are not mind readers.
@etm567 for those reading this, I wanted to clarify why. When you use a dry cup, you put in flour and then level off. In the Pyrex, the amount is correct, but you could tap down and compress, which gives you more flour. You can't level off. The best way to get dry cup measure is spoon in till over top, then take a knife and level off.
Tracey, did you mention that you have experience with Cake Decorating 🥮 Do you perhaps have a "no fail sheet cake" recipe with some handy decorating techniques for a novice baker? Skill share will be great 🥳
Some needed more info on the speed of the mixer. I use medium, and i just incorporate the ingredients they don't need more than to be blended.
Looks delicious now I have to try.

I use a scooper
I was a cake decorator, so that is how I started bagging it and just sqeezing it out like decorating. Lol
I just noticed you only have 108 suscribers. Maybe that is because you do not give the full recipe.
What is missing for you.?
I do need to see what beginners need also. Thank you for your input.

Wow! Thanks for sharing, Karen!
@@aquaocean9419 I pinned info you needed. Have a good day.
You know you should never use a liquid measure to measure dry ingredients. They're not the same.
@etm567 I did measure by cups, not liquid. Thank you for your input.
