Only old gen can tell the tale of the experience from WaW to now or even the future story of zombies. Thro all of this may we all enjoy killing zombies for ultimus n primis crew tht we all grown-up with.
COD WAW will forever have a place in my heart and remains my favourite. Loved the simplicity of it and I have great memories with it that I'll always remember. Made up a big part of my childhood

Man, I remember being furious about it. The game had a pretty grounded feeling to it up to that point. Nazi's used 115 to make zombies and had a base on the moon, super straight forward. Then suddenly Origins happened and everything got weird. I guess it all worked out.
I remember hopping into Bo1 for the first time with my friend and going to the Pack A Punch and saying, "What is this thing?" We spent almost all our rounds trying to figure it out! 😂

I never had enough money back then to buy the games let alone a console. And just recently I’ve finished a few of the zombie Easter eggs. It feels good to see all of what happened. It’s sad it wasn’t my childhood but I appreciate that I’m atleast able to see what happened

Damn those lines on the Mob of The Dead... They are giving Hints back then, you could say that Mob of the Dead is one of the most important maps in the entire Aether storyline
Only the real OG's will remeber this.. With the first zombie map, first zombie mode on Call of Duty World at War, you could only unlock the zombie mode by finishing the game on Veteran for the first few months.. You could however invite others who didnt finish it .. Ive started so many games for friends and leaving cuz they wanted to play with others.. I'll never forget it!
I always wanted to see something like this but also have it incorporate important Easter egg gameplay so that the cut scenes make more sense. But that would be a long long movie. Like have all the characters dialogue with each other as they progress. But I love this all the same.

I distinctly remember doing both branches of the CoTD Easter egg and helping all my friends through it. I think that is my most played Easter egg as I was helping a lot of my friends through it. Another one I did a lot of was Moon. I remember one time I was with three friends who never did the Easter egg itself. We got to the end, then one of my teammates Gold subscription ran out. Ah, good times. 😁
I know a lot of people give the ending to it all a hard time and I'm more on the disappointed side myself. However I get what they were going for with it an it does kinda make sense. After all at it's core it's a survivor game, you're not supposed to be able to "win." The fighting will go on forever until you inevitably fail.

The Zombies storyline is the greatest thing ever published in Call of Duty, and starting with Cold War they just kinda threw it all out the window.
