Why angle is 45°? Normal angle we are using 60-65°. Is there benefits to reduce angle?

Should the product coming out of the 4th station be 0.2 mm longer than the product coming out of the 3rd station?

Yes, to push the wire INSIDE the mold *Not* OUT of the mold.

Hex punch broken prob in m8 only

You mean Hexagon Pin always broken ?
a ) Check length #3 mold ( wire ) , #3 must be shorter by 2-3mm to make the wire go forward when #4 Hex Pin Punch ( not go upper outside mold )
B ) Center the #3 Puncher Pin & #4 Hex Pin.
