I started hijab in March 2017 i was a niqabi before getting married but unfortunately took it off but never felt peaceful Alhamdulilah i am hijabi now and the amount of peace i have now I would never trade it for anything.

personally I love hijap. I'm an ex-muslim. I left my religion but still now sometimes I prefer wearing hijap. It's just a part of my clothes. There's nobody to tell me what to wear or what to not.
