    How long did it take to tech 105 the first time?

      I think they were fine but id like mine more rare so id pull em out a bit sooner then crank up the heat for the revervecsear

      Reverse sear involves cooking the meat at a low heat. From there the steak is seared in a cast-iron to create the dark, crisp crust that signifies a well-cooked steak. It may appear burnt, but the joy of reverse sear is that crust. Thanks for watching!
