Thank you for posting this. I just got my golden a few days ago and at 8 weeks he looks a lot like yours, it's nice to get a good idea of how he will look when fully grown!

I’m glad, it was helpful for you. I was also worried in the beginning about Daisy’s weight because she was very skinny till she was 1. She started gaining weight only after she was 10-11 months.

Very cute and alot of energy. Be careful letting your dog out the window. One slip can be very serious and be careful not to let them to far in the water. Enjoy your new fur baby !

It’s called a WaggWalker harness. We use it on walks to train her not to pull on the leash.

How was the biting at 3 months? Ours is crazy and bites all the time! 😩
She started biting at 3-4 months but it was gone after when she was 9-10 months, but still you can teach no or stop command .

How long did it take you to potty train? And to do the high five? And to walk without her pulling at other people?
She was mostly potty trained and following a schedule at 4 months old. High five is a pretty simple trick that will not take more than 1 or two days if your dog already know the shake/paw command. You just raise your hand higher and higher while asking your dog to paw. For pulling on leash, we started to train her a bit late at 8 months old, and it took a couple weeks. You should definitely start training this at a younger age to make it easier though.
