Spontaneous activity recorded from the clinically unaffected biceps brachii (BB) in a 60-year-old woman with a bulbar ALS. Fasciculation potentials, considered crucial in the diagnosis of ALS, abound in this tracing despite the absence of fibrillation potentials or positive sharp waves.
