This interview should be cascaded to H.E ( U.k) . I have heard several cases like this , which have more weight unlike Sammy case. In the event that there was no evidence of any ammunition used, no injuries sustained or blood shed and that Sammy boy is appearing as third party and non partisan in the scene of crime , this case can take another course. 1) If above scenarios holds, Sammy should be charged guilty of possession of properties that he cannot account for the source. 2) If Sammy was able to direct the judiciary and prove that he was not the actual owner of the properties and was willing with the aid of government machinery to bring the co-owner ( deceased) to the court. 3) If Sammy was unable to securer a legal practitioner the government should have provided him with a free government lawyer. 4) If Sammy could not recognise the co-accused and vice versa , How real is it that He collaborated with them . 5) Did the owner of the property recognise Sammy in the scene of crime? Surely we need some Senior council volunteers ( Fred Ngatia , Paul muite and others) to assist this man in his appeal in the High courts. We ( Sammy Fans) are also willing to fund this case.

urgently we need this Talent back to society. This interview should be cascaded to H.E ( U.k) . I have heard several cases like this , which have more weight unlike Sammy case. In the event that there was no evidence of any ammunition used, no injuries sustained or blood shed and that Sammy boy is appearing as third party and non partisan in the scene of crime , this case can take another course.
1) If above scenarios holds, Sammy should be charged guilty of possession of properties that he cannot account for the source.
2) If Sammy was able to direct the judiciary and prove that he was not the actual owner of the properties and was willing with the aid of government machinery to bring the co-owner ( deceased) to the court.
3) If Sammy was unable to securer a legal practitioner the government should have provided him with a free government lawyer.
4) If Sammy could not recognise the co-accused and vice versa , How real is it that He collaborated with them .
5) Did the owner of the property recognise Sammy in the scene of crime?
Surely we need some Senior council volunteers ( Fred Ngatia , Paul muite and others) to assist this man in his appeal in the High courts. We ( Sammy Fans) are also willing to fund this case.

Why do you think that he is innocent?
Go through his case and you will find out that the Guy is not innocent, he was positively identified at the scene of crime. He is just seeking sympathy but the truth of the matter is that he committed the crime let him do his time in Jail.
