Yes. If you already bought it then thats perfect. You will need to collect it at the reception if it doesn't arrive on time . But you can track your bracelet and you got time if its about the tomorrowland on 2023 in July that you are attending. You will be getting your bracelet end of June most likely.
Perfect thanks for the info (I’m the same guy but with a different account) Yes, I bought the weekend 2 full madness pass on July 2023 So basically in the case I don’t receive it at home at all I have to go to the cash desk near the entrance and take a new one there by showing my Eticket and my ID right ? Do you know if there is some kind of fee due to the fact that I have to take a new one right there or it’s like a free exchange because I have already paid for the ticket or I need to pay for the bracelet again?
I hope you got it from the official website . But am sure you will recieve it on time. Don't stress out. If not, when you go there, you will pass security check and before you enter the tomorrowland entrance, you go to ticket office and claim your bracelet. It didn't happen to me so I wouldn't know. I was also worried as a first timer but you will recieve it 2 weeks in advance and you can also track it .
@@TravellerWithPlan thanks mate for the info. Yes, I bought 3 tickets on the official website, but I may be missed a little detail on the address. That’s why I was asking. Because in our address way in Italy, you need to put also the province of the city, but on the official website of tomorrowland it wasn’t straight away indicated so I put only the city and the other details but not the province and for this reason, I’m quite afraid that I’m not getting my bracelets because the carrier will not find my address ahahah Anyway, I will keep it in mind in the case I won’t receive them to take them afterwards at the entrance🤞🏻
Oh I see. Well if the courier doesn't find your address, it will go to your local post office. And if nobody collects it, then it will be send back to tomorrowland. But keep an eye of it and the tracking when the times comes. 👍🤞
Yes. As far as I remember adding pearls online or at the festival, with different cards, it shouldn't be a problem. I will double check my video and I let you know. But for the refund after the event, it will take up to 2 weeks before you receive your online refund, on the payment method originally used for your top-up.
