Too much pressure and comparisations with the greatest destroyes so many exceptional talents. Just give them time to evolve, mature and go their own path ❤
thats kinda bs. a club just doesnt decide what you do, if mastour didnt wanna go to the upper teams he didnt need to. also, at his age he was simply to good for the younger team so there was no experience to gain anymore .. and whoever says milan wasnt in a good place back then: good enough to still make an impact if youre actually good enough. the loan to malaga? everyone thought it would benefit him because of the type of style played over there, artists like him get more freedom over there .. yet he still wasnt able to do shit. and why? not because of the clubs or w/e but simply because mastour wasnt good enough. you guys all just see the skills and footwork he had /has but dont realize that the pro level is a whole different story. you dont play vs kids there, you play vs mostly grown ups, experienced more bulky guys with more talent then what youve faced so far and vs that all those tricks aint gonna help you, you have to play way smarter.. and thats simply where mastour failed = wasnt good enough. theres probably others from his old youth team who have come further then he did but didnt have his "skill" but were smarter tho.. thats why way to many are unable to really judge the players they see, nowadays more then ever fans go crazy over the maddest bs thats why i cant take most serious anymore especially on the net.
@@michaelfellner9822 Should've commented this under the 2nd top comment, mine doesn't hate on Milan or anything but more in the football community.
No matter how much we wanna say that, its bound to happen lol, football community cant just keep on talking abt messi vs ronaldo, mbappe vs haaland, their gonna keep on talking abt new up and coming "wonderkids" esp in the social media era.
@@michaelfellner9822hey ques- for a parent with 9 yr old, should I focus on fundamentals and IQ for him? Don’t worry too much about the “tricks”?
pressure ? they are professionals. and they make lots of money. which pressure ? lol
What a sad story. I still remember his hype.
He basically failed to be a pro
@@athanasioskosmas3915but how? The video didn’t really explain how or why

@@athanasioskosmas3915he’s still a professional footballer kid😬
He's career wasn't properly managed to be honest. AC Milan themselves were in shambles at that time, the Malaga loan wouldn't work either as they were in problems as well.
AC Milan has been notoriously unreliable with developing young players in a healthy manner. Pato and El Shaarawy are prime examples as their fitness was not managed well at all. It’s a miracle El Shaarawy was able to salvage his career.
@@KingYahshua you're right on that 👍🏾
Yh , Ajax would be a good club for him at that time.
@@mrgrimm53so for a youth it matters a lot which club?
Also- can I ask how does one get into one of these youth academies?
@@mrgrimm53nah he played at my club in the Netherlands, Pec Zwolle and hate to say it but he was trash unfortunately.
So much mismanagement of his career. There was no reason to promote him that early and cut his development physically and mentally like Milan did. Despite his dribbling skills, he hadn't got much else. He should've stayed at youth level until 17 or 18 and then given a chance at Serie C or B before coming up.
Fax
Saka has done it but yes I agree 15 is too early minimum 17
@@ahmedkhawaja5376 Clubs need to understand that skill and mentality are really separate categories and can mature differently. We have a few players that made it despite coming up really young (Neymar, Odergaard, Saka) but we also have plenty that failed to live up to their potential or suffered greatly with mental issues in their career (Bojan, even Ronaldo Fenomeno had a mental breakdown prior to '98 WC final)
Maldini was playing against Maradona at 16.
Interesting, so best to just stay steady at every age? Don’t rush it?

I remember watching a compilation comparing him to Ødegaard and I thought he was better than him.......now Ødegaard captain's my club😂
I remember those videos with him and Neymar. The expectations were that they were going to, one day, rule over football and be two legendary players. The reality is that those videos are pretty much Mastour's football legacy
he didn’t fall off, the club failed him
He was shit for every club he went, not just Milan.
That’s why he fell off
Club didn't fail him, he's failed at every club. It's one thing being good at youth level, entirely another at pro level
@@bzilla1090 i get that but no club should be loaning a 16 year old
@@anthonyy616 that's what every big club does, where do you think De Bruyne, Salah, and those other big names developed, we loaned out a young Franco Baresi, same goes for Costacurta. We've actually had a pretty good record doing it with our top talents, if they weren't ready for the first team loan them out. Let them get some experience, unlike Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona we don't have a "B" team in the lower leagues so yeah that works.
And the crazy thing is he’s still 25!! So he EASILY can make a comeback and play at top level football for at least 6 more years
FIFA 15 CM legend
Legend for what? Is like calling a serie C player a legend
He’s still got a chance I believe in him🎉
No, he’s not coming back. That brother is cooked.
Now he is in a team in a relegation battle in morocco
No they are currently at 8th place far away from the relegation zone
@giwrgospetrou1159 yep *morocco
To everyone saying it was the club's fault should realize that the fame got to him and he stopped working hard.
I was waiting for you to do this guy. I remembered his add with Neymar.
Just saw this guy's compilation... This guy is mad crazy and I hope he rises back to show the world what us Africans can do🤩🤩
No way he makes a comeback
The problem is that they didn’t give him a chance. They could’ve done something with him of they at least subbed him on every few days
In Greece he litterally played for a really small club in the top flight. And he played only 6 games there. We speak for a scam of a player
But what about him is scam? Can you be specific

Guess What Ac milan have another kid who is 15 year old called camarda. He is playing for milan's u19 and scoring bangers in ueaf youth league where he is playing against players who are 4 years older than him. Hope he does well in future
camarda had 400+ goals in youth sectors before being promoted to primavera. i follow our youth teams decently and camarda is the most promising milan talent since maldini.
with hachim it was a case of his u19 teammates being poor making him look better. abate's current side is filled with talent and could very easily reach youth UCL semis again. And F.C. is shining in a stacked team by being a couple of years younger than his teammates and opponents
@@dpad_ 💯 and this primavera team Is Beating the likes of PSG and Borussia Dortmund who are best in the youth sector. We are definitely reaching the semi finals or finals and we might win it
Media and greedy businessmen are destroying careers , they want immediate profit and put too much pressure on players and teams. Should not be like that.
nice shirt
Professional football isnt for everyone, Paolo Maldini played against Maradona at 16, this guy let the hype go to his head. If you have mutliple failed stints at clubs it isn't the club's fault, its yours. If you're the common denominator in a problem then you are the problem. Ricardo Quaresma is another player who has admitted this when he became older and more mature.
So is it better to play more like Harry Kane who plays simple and efficient, protecting ball, finding spaces, good visions, etc
@@nofurtherwest3474 this speaks more to their attitudes than abilities. But yeah Kane is a good example of that too, he's a down to earth guy
@@bzilla1090 Thanks my kid is 9 and this is his 3rd year of club soccer. I wonder how he can get to an academy in Europe when he's maybe around age 14. Is it possible?
🙏👍🙌 much love brother
Tbh the second he chose to play for Morocco over Italy he was silently dropped 😂
If i was the manager and i bought Mastour for half a mil, the first thing i would do is to not use him in the first team, he would need to train alot to gain the high ground
If Brighton would have bought him they would have used him the best
Maybe he was not taking on the tactics of the coaches? That is my guess
He was the first footballer industry plant
Short story: A club wanted to buy him but didn't play him
Like gotta be honest why would people wanna buy players if they ain't even gonna start him the same happened to Donny Van de Beek and Calvin Philips bought for a huge sum of money but sit at the bench
Can you make a vid on Basel? They're always one of the best teams in the swiss league but are bottom currently
Football is more than dribbling ability. Thats what seems to get these kind of wonderkids in trouble as they move up the ladder
This is what happens when players have a METEORIC rise at a young age and sign with huge clubs where they won’t play more than 2 matches in the entire season, similarly with what’s happening with Arda Güler in Real Madrid right now, he has always been announced as injured for the whole season so far (he got announced as injured for the third time a couple days ago) and I’m starting to think that he’s not even actually injured anymore and that it is just an excuse for him not playing
I have a 9 yr old and want to make sure this doesn’t happen. So is it best to just stay with his age group all the way until he is say 18?
@@nofurtherwest3474i think ~17 is also okay to play in senior team if you're good enough. Just depends on your level and also fitness. But yeah as a rule of thumb 18 is probably the perfect age to get into a senior team and go from there
@@xakx2121 ok thanks. But like when he's 15 should he play with 16 yr olds?
Too bad too many same cases happen previously. These prodigy didn't lacked talent, they just lacked guidance from top class coach and prominent managers. When u lost confident it was hard to pick up from there. They can still fulfil their potential had they have chances to be guided by top coaches, play regularly under best managers. Once they start performing well confident will comes back, they will develop into full potential.
Love your jersey! Viva er Beti

Milan’s banter era
Pec Zwolle legend!!
He was a player that would work in a good and stable team.
Sadly he rose in a dying AC Milan, and got loaned to a dying Malaga.
Skills like his could work in a good team but he wasn't decisive enough in other fields to help the teams he played for
So sad
I remember always purchasing him in CM17, he was the best rated at 100
he's playing in touarga played like 300 minutes this season i have his kit from zemamra (a 1st moroccan division club) and he's not that bad he shoots the free kicks for his team
So what happened
Get him to Brighton!
I think one important thing is mention here, is that he wasnt some generational talent that ac Milan scouted. He was young kid blowing up on socials for his skills with the ball. A lot of people saw this coming as sad as it is
KING KRULE!
It was clear he'll never make it, the storytelling was so obvious, but oh wel, good luck Hakim

I feel like the same thing is gonna happen to lamine yamal, I would hope not though
Hope Camarda didn't end like him
Imagine getting 400k as a 14 year old, plus all the hype. It would crumble most of us at that age.
I don't think we can see him back
I hope this doesn’t happen to Lamine Yamal, He’s a 1 out of a billion youngster
The way womderkids have been dying out in the last 20years before the big stage is very concerning. The ones that do make it end up just utility players in mid teams
Hey? Do you start football podcast
Never heard about the guy.
Mastour-bate💀
Li mghribi y bab
He’s not even in his prime lol that sucks for the young lad
He kinda faked his way into fame, he wanted quick then fell even quicker... He is one of ac milans biggest regrets ever, they r embarassed they fell for it..
He was good but not that great, most videos his family filmed of him was whenever he went to play against mediocre kids in villages.. he should've chose a career in futsal cuz thats what hes good at, hes not a professional football type of player, no stamina no resistance... Big difference between him and brahim diaz whos actually pretty good and fit enough and fought for his way back to real Madrid...
Viva el betis!
Hope this doesn’t happen to the kid who Milan just debuted
Off topic, but this betis jersey is extremely sexy
Francesco Camarda is the real deal. Let's hope he doesn't do a Mastour.

He is too young to leave his country. He missed his home. He should just stay in morrocco till he 20. Like neymar stay in santos till he ready to move out
How old is he now
Who is this guy again ?? Never heard of him before
mastourbate
So he was too good for the youth and too unreliable for the first team. Honestly sucks
Is there something in between? Like u19? U21?
Mastour was a bate 😅
Had a bad attitude and was lazy during traing
Still don’t get it why teams who loan out their young players don’t demand that they get playing time. It’s unbelievable only getting 1 match on the season w a shit club when that’s what loan spells are for, GAMETIME and development
Maybe the old players were jealous and the coach wanted to side with them instead of the kid, just a guess
It's because they need experience all clubs except them to play but not every player is good enough
Stop ignoring Mr mac. Give us a retro jerseys video please 🙏
Sorry it's not Hakim, it's Hasyim
Reupload
Is it really his fault or the teams ?? Why lot let him develop ?? Why try to rush things if his 15 and not making the first team just means his not ready out him back in youths but no they send him on loan knowing his not ready ??
Believed his own hype
It was Milan fault (as usual) promoting kids way too fast without reason
I just signed him I my fifa 16 Carrer mode yesterday
Pessi can relate 😅
I think mastour went to the wrong club
He just wasn't good enough. Didn't have the right mentality to play for a club like Milan.
Total flop. Like Adu. And soon Carmarda. It’s all for publicity for club.
Only The great Paolo Maldini lived up and beyond the hype.
Mastaour, Pato... So much talent wasted in Milan😢
