This sounds very similar to the symptoms I have right now and I’m underweight (not anorexic or anemic though). If you don’t mind me asking, how did you gain weight? It seems no matter how much I eat the number only temporarily goes up and then falls back to how it was before.
@@ouuplq6142 at first it was very difficult. @@AliceBunny05 bmi has already been shown not to be an accurate depiction of weight, and if you're of asian descent, you already operate on an entirely different bmi chart. it varies depending on your ethnicity and lifestyle. i was unhealthy when i was 5 years old and throwing up everything i ate because i couldn't process high fat foods and needed medical intervention. i'm not unhealthy now at age 20 weighing less than 90 pounds. i just eat and nothing happens. doctor cleared me on that and said "wow i guess you just weigh that much". very weird to pretend like you're a medical expert LOL
that was my inspiration in the depths of my ed.. It was such an achievement to weigh less than the ideal weight. But I am glad I am free of this illness now.
The lowest end of the BMI within healthy range is 18.5. Anything lower is below healthy range. 150cm at 33kg puts you at a BMI of 14.6. It's a completely avoidable amount. There's no need for a second breakfast, or a donut every week. Or thrice the meal of an average person. Or McDonald's once or more a week. im 5'1 so in order to fit i'd have to be 80-83 pounds. A few months ago, i was 73 pounds, and also about to die. At 85 pounds, i lost my period, my hair was thinning and falling out in clumps and my heart was weak. Whenever that starts happening, you can't go any lower, and you shouldn't even stay that weight either Ik a lot of asians are naturally smaller, (I am part Korean and that side of my family is naturally thin) but even that's way too low, and deadly
And different body types might stop people from properly wearing these clothes anyway. I’m 178cm and would have to lose 1-3 kg to reliably fit their sizing chart but I bet these clothes still wouldn’t fit right on me because my weight is contributed very different from what I see on social media or their clothing ads. So they are promoting unhealthy weight requirements for basically the non guaranteed chance of being able to wear something. It makes me sad for the people who fall victim to that.
I’m 4’11 and 85 pounds and I constantly feel sick, tired, and malnourished. I have a condition though. But being underweight is not pretty, it’s sickening and bad for you. Stay healthy and happy everyone ❤️❤️
When I was 14/15 years old I noticed that for my height I weighted too little (about 165cm×43kg), but I was eating normal, so I was just "oh, fun, I can eat more", and idk I used it as an excuse for having bigger portions at lunch/dinner. Now I'm almost 17 and I weight 54kg
As a 185 cm female, the minimal weight I've ever had was 62 kg - and it was tragic. I was always cold, tired and depressed, my menstrual cycle was unregulated and my hair was falling out. I was just "skin and bones", nothing else. It is shocking, that these toxic trends are even legal!
As a 170/50 Asian there are many brands that can’t fit me either because their smallest is too big on me, so I think it is a good thing that there are brands that caters to the smaller physique. (Of course I don’t condone them translating L as “rotten”, that’s a different issue entirely)

Okay, listen. I‘m so done with the Brandy Melville hate. If their clothes don‘t fit you, move on and go to all the other shops that carry your size. Apparently you are not their targeted market. Do you know how challenging it is to find clothes when you are (by nature) very skinny? And yet I don‘t see skinny people complaining about plus size brands because their clothes are too big. Shops with average size clothing keep vanity sizing. It‘s hard for us, too! Brands target different people with different sizes, styles, budgets etc. That‘s okay. Nobody is forcing you to shop there.

70 kg is approximately 155 lbs. 4'11" is 150 cm. If you weigh 70 kg at 150 cm, your torso is going to be embedded in fat, no visible ribs. Now I am 60kg and I feel my best, I have no cramps during periods and I have no hormonal mood swings.
I am Asian, and I increased my portion size (rice) for lunch and dinner with the goal of gaining weight, included more protein rich food like peanut butter regularly in breakfast.

@ouuplq6142 rather than eating a lot or unhealthy ect try eating foods that are high in protein and calories :) eating large amounts can actually be really bad for you, if you do it right gaining weight can be easy with the right foods you can still eat fresh and healthy. Last year I worked a job that counted 15-30k steps a day, consistently among all the crew. and would go to the gym after. I am a size 16-20 AUS. My muscles are solid under a moderate pad of fat. My legs have cellulite, you can't count my ribs no more, my back is fucking ripped, and my tummy jiggles and I've been suffocated by my tits trying a handstand.
I am not a gym girly. I'm too short for the machines. But deadbars and moving logs and boulders and 8 hour walk/jogs? I love that shit. And I'm still fat. And soft. And that is fine.
Any more questions? Any more measurements you need? Multiple scales and tape measures say the same thing, and as a seamstress I kind of NEED to know my measurements.
You done acting like an equation or a dress size or some magic formula dictates folks health? Nah man that shit made me throw up my meals for years. That shit is *damaging* because fat is a "bad" word to people.
But hey. If all that's that, I'm obese. Morbidly. Must *really* be affecting my quality of life. I must be so sad trapped in this body of mine.
Oh, and "depending on race" in bmi calculations is a funky little holdover from eugenics. Turns out a lot of older health science was invented by people desperate to find the "prime" humans. Take it with a *serious* grain of salt.
I fit into this when i was 40kg but my chinese family personally hated it and would constantly tell me i looked sick/to gain weight😭
finally some good fucking sizing that would suit me (im 168 cm and 48 kg)
I am 157 and 35 kg and trust me guys I am very healthy but the only problem is that my place don't have clothes with my size or my style I sometimes compromise in clothes just if they fit me perfectly😅
I really want to go china because I fit almost every toxic "beauty standard" there
Same, because here politics tried to ban sizes equal or lower than 40/44 EU many times. Every x years it get worse and they revive that argument again because "people may become anorexic if you sell their size", then they do nothing for obese child and they even cut resources for healthy meals on schools.
As a Chinese girl that can never find clothes that are small enough to fit me in Canada I'm glad for stores that cater to petite women but "ROTTEN" for large size is CRAZY.
I can fit in those but I would not support a brand like that, it’s so cruel
I laugh so hard when you said rotten. 😂😂😂
