To imply that the rabbi in the recording is rabbi gestetner is wrong and has a negative impact on your righteous intending movement. You know very well that it's not him. And I'd assume that you also know that the person in the recording has passed away a number of years ago. I see that the editor was careful not to mention it clearly, so that the public will conveniently mash the 2 stories into one. Good job on the "do not lie, just imply" strategy. This post is inaccurate and may even be slanderous. There are virtually no agunos in America in today's day and age. Almost all of these women have violated halacha by going to secular court. There is zero chiyuv for men to give anything to these type of women as they have lost their rights in bait din.
