For the paneling on the garage wall you could've coloured it white then use structurals so that it's subtle just like it is on the photo (it would probably cost more but it would add more accuracy to the build). I would love to see you try a Victorian house next! It's definitely a challenging style but I think you can pull it off! Other than that, amazing house!

You nailed it with this build. My whole irl house is maiden farmhouse, and I don’t know how you did it so well. You could also use Navy blue and red as another color to use as they are common in those types of houses

Hey insomnia! I was just thinking of giving you a few video ideas
First video idea: You could do a wheel of different aesthetics and whatever aesthetic you get is the rooms aesthetic
Second video idea: you can look up 2 different houses pictures and whatever 2 houses you choose you can try to combine them
Third video idea: you can make wheels of house items, like for example a wheel of only furniture and a wheel of only decorations, and you can roll the wheel and whichever decoration/furniture you get you have to use that item

Tip: when touring, u can go to settings and put “interact tool” i think it’s called off because then it won’t show up so many buttons like when you open and close a door!

I like to use the twisted wood texture because it’s adds a little bit of detail to the carpet when it’s in a bedroom or living which I l love and I love how you did that

Hiii I have a video suggestion! You should do a house but each room is a different color! You could use a online wheel to pick a color for each room, and only ONE color. And if you do this video and it be very appreciated!

For the pillars maybe not use black black, you mind can use something like more grey because when you use black you will won’t really see the details. This helped a lot when you made it like a tutorial, I always like the way you build and always try to do it the same as you( Video idea, maybe some bids make a house without advance placing. I’m sorry this is just my opinion but you don’t have to do this ) also maybe show what you used and yeah where tot find it and stuff
