Lack of unity and spending money within our businesses, how many times do we eat Italian food or Chinese food but Caribbean people aren’t going to west African or East African restaurants and businesses and versa we focus too much on our differences. French people know a lot about Italian and British culture and vice versa they invest together spend in each others businesses etc. there is a systemic racism going on which has brought about self hate, through poor education, lack of role models, lack of older generation giving advise trying to give back, lack of accountability, lack of trust. Entertainment industry, black history focusing on negative things not the inventors pioneers CEO’s etc. the system is fine tuned to have the results we have today and unless we have more discussions and embrace each other more as a race, we ain’t getting anywhere.
There's no such thing as the black community in the UK Caribbean ppl don't have to eat at west African food or east African food if you only want Caribbean food that's uo to Yourself if your Jamaican and you only support Jamaicans there's nothing wrong with that

I think we’d all like each others food but because of the self hate we have we mostly don’t. Europeans pay 1000’s at top restaurants to try each others food why won’t we just pay a £10 to try peoples food. We think other peoples food ain’t nice just because their black.
