Yes.
He records the videos one after another, that's why they use the same screen shot.
And well a lot of his videos have actually made it to trending, the highest being number 29. But like @Dragons of chaos said, they record these one after another

Basically, a view only counts as a view if you watch a certain portion of the video. However, at any point you can like the video and it’ll count. Same thing with comments. This is why view counts often don’t match up with the other statistics on a video. I hope this clears up any confusion you might have.
